We are excited to be hosting our Auction again this year at McMenamins Anderson School House in Bothell! If you cannot make it, no worries! You can still bid online, from anywhere. We continue to use Greater Giving Online Bidding – allowing for a paperless bidding system. Anyone can use a smart device to bid or purchase auction items except those items in the Live Auction section. You may easily track packages you are bidding on by “following” their activity.
In order to bid you must preregister with our auction site at this link. This is direct access to the 2023 Spring Gala and Auction. Once you preregister you will then be allowed to bid on items right away. Yes…right away! Once on the website you will click the blue “Get Started button” and then “Create Account” Please pre-register by Saturday morning, March 25th. Only one person per household should register. Read here for more information regarding how to bid online. Bidding for Silent Auction items will close at 7:00 pm March 25th.
Schedule the night of the auction is as follows:
- 5:30 PM – Doors open; cocktail hour
- 7:00 PM – Silent Auction closes and dinner starts
- 8:00 PM – Live Auction starts
- Dancing upon completion of the live auction.
*Please note: if you win an item and are at the auction, you are responsible for taking the item(s) home that night. We have limited space to transport items back to the school. If you bid from home and win an item, the item will be brought back to the school office and must be picked up by March 31st.
If you have not yet registered your child for Parents Night Out at The Ridge Activity Center, please select this link. The activity center is located at 3827 Maltby Rd, Bothell. There are still quite a few spots available. Even if you are not attending the auction, you are welcome to have a night off and sign your kids up for the Parents Night Out. It’s $35 for dinner and a night of activities starting at 5:30 pm. Children must be picked up by 9:30 pm.
