St. Mary Magdalen will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations for adults and children ages 12 and up June 5th starting at 10:30 a.m.
Children must have an adult present to sign the parental authorization form. Enter from 9th Avenue SE and exit onto 7th Avenue SE only.
Appointments are preferred but not required. Use the links below to sign up for both first and second vaccinations.
