I am proud to share some exciting updates and accomplishments from the past year that reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and student success. With guidance from our School Commission and support from our Pastor and Finance Council, we’ve made meaningful strides in key areas across our school community:
✅ Faculty Excellence
Professional development remains a top priority. Nine of our faculty members began graduate-level programs to further their education; four have already completed their degrees, with five set to finish by the 2025–26 school year. Currently, 71% of our teachers hold advanced degrees; by next year, that number will rise to 89%. All teachers of religion are Catechetically Certified, ensuring strong faith-based instruction.
✅ Fair and Competitive Compensation
This year, all faculty were placed on a salary schedule reflective of their education and experience. This initiative, driven by administration and fully supported by the Pastor, Finance Council, and School Commission, honors our teachers’ dedication and ensures a competitive wage. We’re proud to share that all faculty have returned for the past two years, providing consistency and care for our students.
✅ Academic Enhancements
We completed a K–8 Social Sciences curriculum adoption and expanded support services with the launch of a Learning Resource Center, staffed by Certified Special Educators. Additionally, we’ve made significant upgrades to classroom technology to enhance teaching and learning.
✅ Community and Connection
Our collaboration with the Parish continues to grow, supporting both the school and Catholic identity. Be sure to check out the “Mass Moments” in the weekly newsletter and join us for Fellowship after Wednesday morning Mass in the Parish Hall.
✅ Student Experience
From a healthy dose of recess to new playground equipment (thanks to this year’s Fund A Need!), our students continue to enjoy a balanced school day. Involvement in extracurricular activities is on the rise, enhancing the school experience for students of all ages.
✅ Looking Ahead
Enrollment is up, and we’re proud to share that we’re operating with a balanced, healthy budget – positioning us well for the future.
And finally, thank you to the School Commission for designing and leading our annual school survey. Your input helps shape our priorities and guide important decisions.
Together, we are building a stronger, more connected school community, one we’re proud to grow in, serve, and celebrate.
