How Your Fund-A-Need Donations Made an Impact!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, this year’s Auction Fund-A-Need raised $26,850! Every dollar went directly toward enhancing our students’ play, recreation, and school spirit — both indoors and outdoors.

Here’s how those funds were put to work:

  • New Indoor Scoreboards ($13,656.88) – Installed by Gaffney Construction, our students now enjoy professional-grade scoreboards for PE classes and home games.
  • New Outdoor Scoreboard & Game Timer ($4,489.42) – With the Highwire, Inc. outdoor scoreboard, kids can set timers and keep score for their own games. Installation is TBD.
  • Gaga Ball Pit ($3,727.42) & New Play Equipment ($2,224.80) – We added a brand-new Gaga Ball Pit (complete with signage!) and a new playground game called Wisdom Wisefree Wise Toss (installation TBD). A huge thank-you to our Boy Scouts for donating their time for the installation!
  • Upgraded Recess and PE Gear ($673.29) – From soccer nets to a world map mural to a mobile volleyball net, students now have even more ways to stay active and engaged.
  • Indoor Recess Additions ($809) – New p  laymats and activity options keep students moving and entertained during rainy-day recess.

In total, $25,580.81 was spent improving our campus. A remaining balance of $1,269.19 will be used towards the installation of the final two items. If you have any questions about these upgrades or the Fund-A-Need, please don’t hesitate to contact Dr. Mahar.
