Calling All Event Planners, organizers & creative minds!The Emerald City Gala & Auction, our largest fundraising event of the year, is scheduled for February 20th, 2027, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make this magical evening a success.
Most importantly, we are seeking an Auction Chair (or Co-Chairs) to lead the event and help guide the planning process. This role doesn’t mean doing everything yourself. Rather, you’ll help assemble and lead a committee that shares responsibilities and works together to create an unforgettable evening for our community.
We Need Help With:
- Sponsorship outreach
- Auction item procurement
- Decorations and theme execution
- Communications and promotions
- Volunteer coordination
- Event logistics
- Fundraising strategy
- Day-of-event support
Whether you have experience planning events or simply want to help make a difference, there’s a place for you on our team.
The Gala & Auction directly supports St. Mary Magdalen Catholic School and helps provide resources and opportunities that benefit all of our students.
